Another investment this year will be the addition of a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) mudule to our existing phone system. This will save money on our phone bills & is primarily aimed at keeping the overhead down, allowing us to remain competative. You should notice no difference but it will allow us to be mush more flexible at our end of the line.
